Our dedicated Evaluation, Accountability, and Impact (EAI) team has just released a comprehensive report detailing the evaluation of LAEP’s 21CSLA Initiative. This vital document offers a deep dive into how we’re supporting educational leaders and shaping the future of learning.

This report specifically highlights the support provided to our 21CSLA Cohort 2 participants during their crucial first and second years (2023-2025). The focus? Their leadership development journey through the initiative.
Developed in close collaboration with our Cultivating Organizational Resilience and Empowerment (CORE) team, this evaluation was guided by powerful Empowerment and Utilization-Focused approaches. What does that mean for you? It means our methodology champions community ownership, builds essential data capacity, and ensures that every finding directly informs and strengthens our program design and implementation.
The EAI team’s work provides both formative and summative support, giving us a holistic view of the initiative’s progress and impact. This isn’t just a report; it’s a testament to our commitment to data-driven improvement and empowering leaders in our educational communities.
