Our CoPs use continuous improvement principles to address problems of practice among role-alike colleagues. CoPs will be confirmed in the fall when the needs of our Collective are confirmed. Some examples of CoPs in the works are:

- Serving Black Youth CoP
- Critical Whiteness CoP
- ‘ataaxum Pomkwaan CoP
- Male-Identifying Leaders of Color CoP
- Talking about Race as a Healing Practice CoP with WestEd
- New Administrators CoP
- Instructional Coaches for Equity CoP
Most will be offered in six 90-minute sessions between January 24 and April 1, 2024.
